Under-plaster roller shutters system.

QuadBox under-plaster roller shutters are characterised by a casing installed in front of the window, on structural elements of the wall. Their application should be taken into account at the stage of designing or adapting the building and requires (depending on the installation manner) preparing an L-shaped lintel, enlarging the window opening by the height of the chosen box or applying additional insulation between the wall layer and the roller shutter.

The QuadBox under-plaster roller shutters system allows achieving the variant of under-plaster roller shutters with an inspection cover made of aluminium (Quadbox mono) or plastic (QuadBox hybrid). Depending on the requirements and preferences of our client, individual products can be diversified in terms of the dimensions of the box, the type of inspection cover, addition of a mosquito net, the manner of finishing and the type of control.

Innovation and simplicity

An innovative inspection cover in the QuadBox hybrid system is characterised by ease of installation (clicking) and an unheard-of finishing aesthetics (no screws or rivets visible). As an option, the transparent plastic of the inspection cover allows LED lighting along the entire width of the box. Solutions recommended for PVC windows.

SERVICING INSPECTION COVER

A rigid, aesthetic and functional structure of the bottom profile and an inspection cover made of high quality aluminium, with servicing access along the entire width of the box. The inspection cover is fastened with rivets.

ARCHITECTONIC PURITY AND AESTHETICS

The box is intended to be built in fully. The visible elements (the inspection cover, the body guides and the body itself) can be finished in a colour matching the facade or the window woodwork or any other combination.

LED LIGHTING

An optional version of the inspection cover made of transparent plastic with the option of LED lighting along the entire width of the box and integration with smart house systems.

Timeless precision

An aluminium inspection cover in the QuadBox mono system is characterised by an above-average rigidity (additional Z-shaped profile endings and reinforcements) and a servicing inspection area along the entire length of the box (a special structure of the bottom profile). The solution is recommended for aluminium windows.

PROTECTION FROM INSECTS

The roller shutter box is available in a version with a rollable mosquito net placed between the window and the roller shutter body, being an additional mosquito protection.

DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS OF THE CASING

Five dimensions of the roller shutter box: 137×137 mm, 150×150 mm, 165×165 mm, 180×180 mm, 205×205 mm, allowing optimal adaptation to the dimensions of the body and the window.
